Brendan Mcilraith

    I have more than 17 years healthcare-specific recruitment experience working internationally in both the UK and back here in New Zealand.


    My core role at Better Health is to recruit General Practitioners internally for our partnership practices but also to grow a new and exciting external arm of medical recruitment under the Better Health Limited umbrella.


    My specialty is placing medical professionals throughout New Zealand within both the public and private healthcare setting. I work across all areas of healthcare including but not limited to Doctors, Allied Health Professionals but also Specialist Nurses.


    Providing a full 360 recruitment service I will guide you through every step of securing a new role. With a true passion for Medical Recruitment, I use my experience and commitment to connect candidates to their ideal position in both metropolitan and rural locations.


    I also work with our clients to make sure we are making the perfect connection. Whether you are looking for a lifestyle change or to take that next step in your career I would love to assist you on the next step of your journey.

Annette MacFadyen

Administrator

    I am an office manager and administrator with over 20 years of experience. I have always worked in medical adjacent positions having spent 17 years as the office manager at MS & Parkinsons NZ. 


    In 2019 I joined Better Health Group as the lead administrator of the Community Infusion Service. This was a first of its kind service coordinating with General Practices, hospitals and patients to bring important services closer to home for patients throughout Canterbury.


    When that project came to an end I was happy to bring my administration expertise to the quickly expanding Better Health Careers team.


    My work has always been people focused and I enjoy being part of solutions that ultimately provide the best care to patients.
