Better Health Group was established in 2009 with the objective of developing a sustainable future for New Zealand primary health, whilst retaining the heart and soul of independent general practice.

Today, the Better Health Group is a large and growing network of primary healthcare providers working together to ensure the best for the patients and clinicians alike. Better Health provides well-structured business systems along with centrally supported clinical and administration services that enable succession planning for existing owners, attractive entry opportunities for new clinicians and facilitates continuity for patients and staff.

Better Health Careers began as the in-house recruitment wing of Better Health Group and has only grown in scope. We now help people from around the world and from a range of disciplines find fulfilling health careers across Aotearoa New Zealand.
